Coalition partners may use the CODEPINK logo on their advertisements and promotions to highlight support for and/or joint inititatives with CODEPINK.
CODEPINK is the owner of the logo and grants coalition members a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce and display the coalition logo in connection with any and all press releases, advertisements, promotions, internal publications, newsletters, public postings, and other statements, in any medium, written or oral, which pertain to promoting peace. Coalition members must inform CODEPINK when and where they use the logo.
The CODEPINK logo must be displayed in a positive or neutral manner. The logo may not be used in any negative way. The logos may not be used on sites or publications that promote war, violence, militarism, imperialism, misogyny or portray discriminatory practices against any individual or group based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, ethnic background, etc.
